MY COACHING PHILOSOPHY
I developed the Liz Ngonzi Transforms ICAT Framework to help you pivot to position yourself as an asset during times of transition. The ICAT Framework is designed to INSPIRE, CONNECT with and ACTIVATE you to help you create the TRANSFORMATION you seek in your life, career or business / organization. I can help you to develop your personal story, emphasizing your specialized learning, expertise, knowledge and network, as well as the breath of vision that you have to offer.
Using the ICAT Framework, we will work on your Master Plan to:
INSPIRE – Draw inspiration from your sources. Connect with your network. Reflect upon the things for which you are grateful.
CONNECT – Conduct your personal SWOT Analysis including your: skills, knowledge, and experience, interests, network, what you are “known for”, risk tolerance / financial needs, job market and economic reality. Identify opportunities of interest by considering all these factors.
ACTIVATE – Using your SWOT Analysis, we will develop a game plan that includes: Goals, assets and timeframe to execute plan, list of potential target opportunities, audience for your story, and how to reach the audience. Craft your new story.
TRANSFORM – Execute your game plan, evaluate results, adjust efforts while drawing on inspiration (if necessary). Celebrate your success, pay it forward and re-assess every six months.
